Welcome to
Tremaine Wines

Tremaine was my mother Gloria’s maiden name. It means “Three Hands”—from the French “Trois mains”—and was given to our Cornish ancestors after a stiff battle during the 11th-century war with William the Conqueror.  The French claimed these locals “fought as if they had three hands.” Based on historical accounts, it can be assumed they gathered often and drank well.
